Returns and Exchanges:

All sales are final. Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns or exchanges due to the customizable nature of each fur/garment. 

If there is an error with your order, please contact us within three days upon receipt of your package at info@furfetch.co

Shipping Policy 

All orders are made to order.  Orders are processed and shipped within 7-15 business days. Upon the completion of processing your order, you will receive a email confirmation that includes your tracking details. All orders will be shipped via UPS with a signature required. Estimated shipping time is typically 3-5 business days excluding holidays and weekends. 

Disclaimer 

Please be advised that your billing and shipping information is required to match in order to successfully process your order. For security purposes, Fur Fetch reserve all rights to cancel and refund any orders in the event of an order being placed without different billing and shipping information. Lastly, Fur Fetch has no control over custom inspection delays or mail carrier delays.
